When a similar problem occurs in the future, Google notified of the disability in English on Google Twitter, etc. at the time of the disability, but did not provide guidance in Korean, the disability-related facts were notified in Korean through Google Korea’s blog, Facebook, and Twitter. .
However, the Ministry of Science and ICT explains that it is difficult to compensate for damages directly related to the current disruption, as the standard for compensation for damages caused by obstacles under the current Telecommunications Business Act enforcement decree is more than 4 hours.
