Self-employed people in the metropolitan area protested against the maintenance of the 9:00 p.m. business restriction, and held a demonstration against quarantine in order to keep the lights on until dawn.

Self-employed people urged to take measures, saying that they should abolish the restrictions on business hours that do not take into account the characteristics of the industry.

At 8:30 pm, the guests at the pub prepare to go out, and the staff are busy cleaning up.

“I’m sorry, but because of our social distancing, there is a 9 o’clock business limit. Now it’s 9 o’clock, so I have to ask for a clean up?”

It’s over 9pm, but the store lights are on.

The self-employed people went into the light-up demonstration asking for more business hours.

The non-metropolitan area, where the corona spreading trend has subsided, can be open from today to 10:00 pm.

However, the metropolitan area remains the same until 9 p.m.

In the end, self-employed people took a collective action asking for different time limits depending on the business type.

“Abandon the 21:00 business hours limit without evidence immediately. (Dispose, discard, discard.)”

The National Self-employed Emergency Response Committee appealed to reflect on-site grievances by allowing self-employed persons to participate in the quarantine coordination organization.

In addition, he urged them to apply retroactively to compensate for losses so far.
