Gyeonggi Gyeonggi Governor Lee Jae-myung is the only leader in the next presidential election, recording the only 20%, a poll result came out on the 5th.
On the 2nd and 4th of the year, Gallup Korea asked 1,2 people over the age of 18 to see who would like the next political leader, that is, the next president, and this governor ranked first with 27%.
Lee Governor rose 4 percentage points from last month (23%), the highest number since the start of the Gallup Korea survey.
The preference was remarkable in Incheon and Gyeonggi (41%), men (35%), and 40s (38%).
The preference of Lee Nak-yeon, the representative of the Dong-A-Democratic Party, which is the two largest passport runners, remained at the same 10% as last month. The gap with this branch widened by 17 percentage points.
Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol (9%), National Assembly Representative Ahn Chul-soo (5%), and independent lawmaker Hong Jun-pyo (2%) followed.
However, regarding the next presidential election, 46% of respondents said,’It is better for the opposition candidate to be elected to change the current regime.’
40% of the respondents said that it is better for a ruling party candidate to be elected to maintain the current regime.
President Moon Jae-in’s job affirmation rate was 39%, up 1 percentage point from last week (January 4). The corruption rate was 52%, the same as the previous week.
In terms of party support, the Democratic Party also reached 36%, up 2 percentage points from the previous week.
The power of the people was also counted at 22%, up 2 percentage points from the previous week. The Justice Party (5%), the People’s Party (4%), and the Open Democratic Party (3%) followed.
The margin of error for this survey is ±3.1% with a 95% confidence level.
