Judgment on whether or not it is violated over the quarantine guidelines prohibiting private gatherings of 5 or more people is jagged.

Recently, the city of Seoul decided to impose a fine for Kim Eo-jun, a broadcaster who used the cafe together with seven people.

On the other hand, regarding the meetings of TV Chosun employees, the ward office determined that it was difficult to see it as a violation.

Reporter Geon-Hwi Kim covered it.

There was a controversy over the violation of the quarantine rules prohibiting gathering of 5 or more people.

“The five people weren’t sitting together, but sitting separately…it wasn’t that they gathered together to continue the meeting. I’m sorry to talk about it in detail. I’ll be careful in the future.”

However, the results of the field investigation were different.

Unlike the explanation that five people gathered, it turned out that the two people sitting at the table next to it were also a group.

Mapo-gu inquired about the violation of the quarantine guidelines, and the Seoul Metropolitan Government notified that it was subject to fines.

On the other hand, in a similar case, the Jung-gu Office determined that it was not subject to fines.

Last month, a reporter from TV Chosun posted a photo of a birthday party in the company on social media.

Only 14 people appeared.

Some didn’t even mask.

“I think it would be appropriate to impose sanctions on the people when it was really clear, but it is difficult to judge that it is so comprehensive and clear…”

I accepted the explanation that they were gathered to take pictures for a while.

In addition, he said that the punishment was difficult because it was not discovered that he was not wearing a mask at the site.

Mapo-gu also made the same judgment on Kim Eo-jun’s so-called’tusk’.

However, the city of Seoul said that it would impose a fine for not wearing a mask through CCTV analysis at Konkuk University Hunting Pocha, where a group infection occurred.

“I will tell you that we are going to reinforce the quarantine rules by finding those things that are a bit lacking.”

As local governments continued to point out that crackdowns and punishments were arbitrary, the city of Seoul announced that it would make an improvement plan.
