[아이뉴스24 윤선훈 기자] The Black Desert console version of Pearl Abyss was selected as the’Best MMORPG’ selected by a leading US media.
Pearl Abyss announced on the 4th that the console version of its “Black Desert” has been adopted as one of the “Top 10 MMORPGs for PS5 and Xbox Series X to enjoy this year” selected by Forbes, an American economic media.
Forbes evaluated the reason for the selection, “We implemented the best battle among all MMORPGs (multiple access role games) released as consoles,” and “All characters provided an exciting experience and were able to feel a lot of fun.”
Black Desert Console is an MMORPG optimized for the console version, such as 4K (UHD) quality, user interface (UI) implemented as a console, and non-targeting combat. It also provides quality of up to 120 frames of combat action, one of the advantages of Black Desert through next-generation devices.
For the first time in the domestic console MMORPG genre, it also introduced’Cross Play’, which breaks the boundaries between platforms. Along with continuous content updates, it is gaining steady popularity by releasing a new class’Nova’. Currently in service all over the world.
Meanwhile, Pearl Abyss’ new work’Red Desert’, which was well received at The Game Awards, the largest game awards ceremony in North America, is also aiming for global release on console and PC platforms.
