Increased consumer damage related to gift certificates ahead of Lunar New Year holidays
New Year’s courier, delivery request must be completed at least one week before the holidays

It should be noted that there are many cases where gift certificates are purchased in large quantities before the Lunar New Year holiday, but they are not used properly and are avoided.
When sending a holiday gift package, it is better to finish it today or tomorrow as delivery is crowded.

Mr. Mo Kim, an office worker, was frustrated when he bought a million won worth of gift certificates three years ago before the Lunar New Year.
I went to the places of use written on the back to try before handing them out to my acquaintances, but they do not accept gift certificates wherever they go.
Only the absurd reply that they have never signed a gift certificate merchant contract at all returned.
Consumer damage has also increased as more and more vouchers are purchased in bulk ahead of the Lunar New Year holidays.
In January and February, including the Lunar New Year holidays, the number of damages related to gift certificates received by Consumer Agency has increased every year, reaching 2,000 cases in the last three years.
There are many cases in which a gift certificate cannot be used at all due to the merchant’s business interruption, or a refund of a gift certificate that has expired is not accepted at all.
However, even if the expiration date has passed, the gift certificate can be refunded 90% if it has not passed 5 years, so the issue date is important.
It’s not less likely that it’s a scam to induce bulk purchases as bait for big discounts before the holidays.
Also, when sending holiday packages, it’s best to finish them at least a week in advance to avoid damage.
Even if it is not on holidays, the number of gifts is crowded, especially this time because there are many cases of sending and receiving gifts due to the aftermath of Corona 19, so there is a high possibility that delivery will be delayed.
It is also necessary to prepare for accidents in which fresh food arrives injured or items are damaged or lost.
When sending a courier directly, it is important to accurately indicate the type and value of the item on the waybill and keep the waybill in order to receive appropriate compensation in case of problems in the future.
