In line with the prolonged COVID-19 outbreak, discussions on reorganization of the social distancing system are in full swing.

There have been criticisms that the current distancing device has been designed around multi-use facilities, and that it has been conducting quarantine quarantine, in which the majority suffered damage through some faults.

In particular, they pointed out that in the process, they neglected to share damages or guarantee basic rights for the vulnerable, and that social consensus is needed in the future.

The government has reorganized the social distancing it has introduced to prevent the spread of Corona 19.

It was subdivided into five stages in November after the third stage of systematization in June last year.

At the debate discussing the direction of the 3rd reorganization, experts pointed out that quarantine should be done based on scientific grounds, rather than letting the facility shut down.

In fact, indoor sports facilities, restaurants, cafes, and entertainment facilities regulated by the current distance are rather small.

There have also been criticisms that it has focused on reducing the number of confirmed cases and has turned away from the vulnerable who are affected in the process.

As the welfare facilities were shut down due to the upgrade, even the basic rights of the socially disadvantaged, such as the elderly and the disabled, were threatened.

He stressed that in order to prepare for the prolonged COVID-19 outbreak, a new quarantine system should be established in consideration of such social and economic costs.

It is time to think about the problem of sharing so that damage is not concentrated on a specific class.
