Director Kim recommends buying a villa in an area that is licensed to establish a union, but advises that it is wise to choose a villa next to Newtown if the price is burdensome. Director Kim chose Dongdaemun-gu as the second Seongdong-gu. When the development of Cheongnyangni Station and the areas of Imun and Hwigyeong-dong are completed, it is expected that it will become a high-class residential complex comparable to Seongsu-dong. He said, “I recommend looking at the’neighborhood’ rather than aiming at the new town in Dongdaemun-gu.”

Meanwhile, Director Kim recommends a 20-year-old villa rather than a pre-sale villa. Although the pre-sale villa has the advantage of being a new house, it has the disadvantage of being overvalued compared to the market price. Also, unlike apartments, it is difficult to determine the appropriate level of the sale price. He said, “In the case of a pre-sale villa, it is easy to get’caught’ and it is recommended to choose a 20-year-old villa with a certain market price.” He also said, “It is one way to find the area where the villas of the 20th year are gathered and aim for small-scale maintenance projects such as street housing maintenance projects.
