He said, “I recommend looking at the’neighborhood’ rather than aiming at the new town in Dongdaemun-gu.”

Meanwhile, Director Kim recommends a 20-year-old villa rather than a pre-sale villa. Although the pre-sale villa has the advantage of being a new house, it has the disadvantage of being overvalued compared to the market price. Also, unlike apartments, it is difficult to determine the appropriate level of the sale price. He said, “In the case of a pre-sale villa, it is easy to get’caught’ and it is recommended to choose a 20-year-old villa with a certain market price.” He also said, “It is one way to find the area where the villas of the 20th year are gathered and aim for small-scale maintenance projects such as street housing maintenance projects.
