Candidate Young-seon Park’s pledge is to’supply 340,000 units of land rental housing for five years’. I’m actually amazing. Currently, there are 3.8 million households in Seoul. With 3.8 million households building and living in Seoul for decades, isn’t the pledge to supply 740,000 households in 5 years is nonsense? Proposing that as the first pledge means that he was not ready and only declared running. The 340,000 land rental housing that ruling party candidate Park Young-sun said is an impossible story. The population of Songpa-gu, Seoul is 660,000. (If) Assuming that they are all two-person households and two people live in one house, it means that in order to build 340,000 land rental houses, there must be a public land of about Songpa-gu. Is there a public land about the size of Songpa-gu in downtown Seoul? This is the situation of the major candidates who challenge the mayor of Seoul right now. So, I promised two things. First, it is an incentive. Land and building owners and builders need to give signals that building houses can make money before they jump into supply. It intends to remove the’regulation on the 7th floor of the 2nd general district’ and increase the floor area ratio limit. In addition, it plans to temporarily merge the Housing Bureau, which is in charge of supplying housing to Seoul, and the Urban Planning Bureau, which regulates urban environment. Instead of struggling with each other, they should do everything in their power to supply housing in a harmonious manner.”

If you unite with Candidate Tae-seop Geum (first), you become a candidate for that camp. Concession is not easy.”
