The second online application for basic disaster income, which gives 100,000 won per person to all Gyeonggi residents, began today.

The homepage was once paralyzed due to the crowd of applicants, and even a fake application site appeared.

The waiting time is 3 hours and the number of people waiting is over 400,000.

At one time in the morning, waiting times exceeded 500,000 people at 6 hours.

Applicants waited for a message saying,’If you refresh halfway or if you leave and come back in, you will be in a later turn’.

Gyeonggi Province said it was because the residents of the provinces hurried to receive their applications quickly before the Lunar New Year holidays, and that even residents who could not apply today were crowded.
