LH, recruitment of 2,500 tenants of multi-child family housing security charter rental

Support for households raising two or more minor children, expanding recruitment targets to below 70% of average monthly income

The chartered rental housing is a project in which LH makes a contract with the homeowner and re-leases it to the tenant at a low cost when the tenant decides the lease housing within the support limit.

Resident status is a homeless household raising two or more minor children as of the announcement date (January 21), and the average monthly income is less than 70% of the average monthly income per urban worker household in the previous year (4.11 million won for a household of four), based on assets (total assets Applicants can apply if they meet the requirements of KRW 288 million, less than KRW 24.6 million for automobiles.

In particular, in this announcement, not only the first-ranked (recipient, second-tier), but also the second-ranked (average monthly income less than 70% of the income standard) was recruited, so that more multi-child households could receive support.

If there is competition within the same ranking, the order of occupancy is determined by giving additional points according to the number of children and current housing conditions in order to provide priority support for families with many children and poor living conditions.

The amount of jeonse deposit support is up to 135 million won in the metropolitan area, 100 million won in metropolitan cities, and 85 million won in other regions based on two children. For households with three or more children, additional support of 20 million won is provided depending on the number of children.

Tenants pay a deposit of 2% of the jeonse subsidy and a monthly rental fee of 1-2% per year applied to the remaining amount of the jeonse subsidy minus the rental deposit. Depending on the number of underage children, the interest rate is reduced by up to 0.5%p (0.2%p for 1 child, 0.3%p for 2 children, 0.5%p for 3 children or more), and recipients of livelihood and medical benefits receive preferential interest rate of 0.2%p. I can.

The rental period is basically 2 years, and the contract can be renewed up to 9 times, allowing a stable residence for up to 20 years. However, when renewing a contract, separate income and asset standards must be met.
