According to a report on SBS Entertainment News on the 29th, casting director Cho has been involved in various legal disputes with various actors in the past. Mr. Jo sued Mr. A for defaming his honor by mentioning false facts about himself in a group chat room at Kakao Talk to Mr. A, a new female actress who was active in dramas and movies last year. Afterwards, he went to Mr. A’s house and made a fuss, and Mr. A filed for a ban on access to Mr. Jo. In October of last year, the Seoul Northern District Court cited most of Mr. A’s access ban.
Earlier, Mr. Cho filed a lawsuit claiming 5 million won for alimony to the Seoul Northern District Court in December last year, claiming that Park Eun-seok had damaged his honor. At the time, Mr. Cho said, “Park Eun-suk was a false casting director in a group chat room where theater actors and staff gathered in July 2017. I spread the facts.” In response, Park Eun-suk’s agency, Hunus Entertainment, said, “We recently received a complaint and will respond clearly according to legal procedures.”
