According to Yonhap News coverage on the 29th, Park Eun-seok was sued in a lawsuit claiming 5 million won for alimony to the Seoul Northern District Court on December 3 of last year.
Mr. A, who introduced himself as Park Eun-seok’s university senior and casting director, claimed that Park Eun-suk spread false facts along with his personal information in a group chat room where actors and staff gathered in July 2017.
Mr. A said, “Park Eun-suk spreads the false fact that he is a’crooks casting director’ who exerts power about me to ask for tickets to male actors and to drink alcohol to female actors.” He explained the reason for the complaint, saying, “The mental damage was severe due to the mixed threats of phone calls and messages, and there was no income for three years due to false facts.
He also said, “If Park Eun-seok officially expresses an apology, he is willing to withdraw the complaint, but if he continues to deny the facts, he will consider even criminal proceedings.”
In response, Park Eun-seok’s agency, Hunus Entertainment, said on the day that “I recently received a complaint and will respond clearly according to the legal process.”
Earlier, in December last year, when it was announced that Mr. A filed a lawsuit for damages against Park Eun-suk, Hunus Entertainment expressed its position, saying, “We will take legal action if the complaint is released.” There is a bar.
