According to the amendment, the priority supply of the special supply for newlyweds in private housing will decrease from 75% to 70%, and the general supply will increase from 25% to 30%.

Priority supply is the same as before, but general supply is raised to 140% of the average income of urban workers (double-income 160%) regardless of the sale price. 140% of the average income of urban workers is 7.78 million won per month (pre-tax basis) for households with three or less people, and 160% is 8.88 million won per month. This means that a dual-income couple with one child can sign up for a special service for newlyweds in a private house if they earn KRW 106.68 million per year.

For public pre-sale housing, the income requirement is reduced to 130% (7.2 million won per month for three or less people) and 140% for dual-income couples only for the general quantity (30%).
