The courier workers returned to the street six days after the courier labor and management reached a social agreement.
Hanjin, Lotte, CJ Logistics, and courier workers from the Post Office all announced that they would go on a general strike.

On the 21st, the courier labor and management came up with an agreement on the sorting process in a social consensus body in which the government and the National Assembly participated.
It stipulated that the courier operator’s work scope is defined as collection and delivery, and that the courier company is responsible for the sorting process, such as having an automatic sorting system.
While the automated facilities were not being built, if the courier was forced to sort, it was decided to pay a fee for it.
However, the union claimed that even after the agreement, the courier sent an official letter to the site to continue sorting, and that the related manpower was not increasing.
In particular, Lotte and Hanjin Courier criticized that they had not even prepared a specific plan other than the commitment of the 1,000 people promised in October.
It is a policy that the strike will not be withdrawn until the courier representative faces the union directly and signs the union agreement.

However, the courier companies refuted that the claims made by the courier union were completely untrue.
There is no fact that an official letter has been sent to the workers in the field to continue the sorting process, and we are faithfully fulfilling the promise to put in the sorting workforce.
In the agreement, it is stated that CJ Logistics will spend 4,000 manpower and 1,000 people for Hanjin and Lotte until the work to improve the parcel delivery transaction structure is completed, but he also pointed out that the union misunderstood the agreement.
