″I’m getting really angry.”

On the morning of the 27th, in front of TCS International School in Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju. A citizen walked around and threw an egg on the outer wall of TCS International School.

“Believe in the Lord Jesus,” with a sound of’puck’. If you do, you and your house will be saved.’

Self-employed business owner

A man who said he was a self-employed man running a restaurant in Seo-gu, Gwangju said, “I was very angry when I saw the news. Not only me, but all the people will have the same heart as me.” He said, “What kind of extraterritorial jurisdiction is the religious organization?”

He said, “Because it deserves to be quiet, there are many confirmed cases from religious groups every time. If the people are suffering, you should do something to refrain from doing it. Is it such an urgent problem to engage in religious activities? It is not difficult now. The self-employed people and all the common people are really struggling.”

The man said, “People in the restaurant are doing their best by keeping quarantine rules for more than 5 people and keeping a table distance. Yesterday and yesterday, I returned all the people who came to eat more than 5 people, saying sorry. But does it make sense to do this in church?” he raised his voice.

“There is a need for strong punishment against religious organizations. Whenever it is quiet, there will be more confirmed cases from religious groups, and as they come out again, I hope that the government will punish the coronavirus severely this time so that the corona crisis will be eroded soon.”

Nearby hospitals and residents are also anxious

At the news of the ‘109 group infection’, neighboring hospitals and residents could not hide their anger.

An employee working at a nearby hospital said, “The kids flocked around, and I thought it would one day burst. I am worried about the fact that patients are already inquiring about discharge from hospital,” he said.

One resident said, “There is only one convenience store around here, but I am worried that the kids will come and go in contact with the confirmed patient.”

Meanwhile, at TCS International School in Gwangsan-gu, 109 confirmed cases flooded overnight. If all of these are asymptomatic and had not been tested, a larger regional infection could have been developed by virtually asymptomatic spreaders.

Gwangju TCS International School, a member of Daejeon IM Mission, opened in 2018 as an unauthorized educational facility, where 122 people including students and faculty members live. They are said to have lived with 2 to 8 people per room in the dormitory.
