66 places gathered in Gangnam 3-gu… Yongsan and Seongdong-gu are also one at a time

Economic Man Lab, a real estate information provider, revealed on the 27th that as a result of analyzing the actual real estate transaction information of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the total number of apartments sold for more than 100 million won per 3.3㎡ last year was 790, up 23.6% from the previous year (639).
Last year’s trading volume was 3.5 times more than 2018 (228 cases), and 30 times more than 2017 (26 cases).
In addition to the transaction volume, the number of complexes exceeding 100 million won per 3.3 square meters has increased significantly from 3 in 2017 to 68 last year.
Gangnam-gu, Seoul (38 complexes), with the largest number of apartments over 100 million won per 3.3㎡, was followed by Seocho-gu (23 complexes) and Songpa-gu (5 complexes), followed by the so-called’Gangnam 3 districts’.
In the’Mayongseong’ area, which is counted as an area with many expensive apartments after’Gangnam 3 district’, there were 1 complexes in Yongsan-gu and Seongdong-gu respectively.

Looking at the actual transaction, in March last year, the exclusive area of Gaepo Jugong 1 complex in Gaepo-dong, Gangnam-gu, was traded for 3,095 million won (4th floor), and the price per 3.3 ㎡ reached 180 million won, the highest price per 3.3 ㎡ in the country. It was investigated as a high deal.
Economic Man Lab explained that this apartment is a reconstruction apartment, and the price is high reflecting the future value of receiving a spacious housing type after moving in.
Following this, 84㎡ of Acro River Park, Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, was traded at 3.72 billion won (14th floor) last month, recording 144.7 million won per pyeong, making it the second expensive transaction.
Following that, 59㎡ of Raemian Daechi Palace, Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, was sold for 2.5 billion won (12th floor) in June last year, and was traded at 137.6 million won per 3.3㎡. A sales contract was made on the 5th floor, and the transaction was 13734 million won per 3.3㎡.
