Subsequently, investigator A judged this case as a simple assault case, not as a driver assault under the Specific Crime Weighted Penalty Act.

The internal affairs were closed based on the agreement reached with the victim.

At present, investigator A is being inspected by the fact-finding team of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency after the waiting order has been taken.
