Two out of five companies suggested that hiring careers is more efficient than new recruits.

Since 2003, Incroute has been conducting a survey on recruitment trends for new graduates annually for personnel in charge of personnel. Participating companies this year are △ 104 large companies (more than 1000 employees), △ 157 medium-sized companies (300 to 999 employees) △ Small and medium-sized companies (with less than 299 employees) 444 total 705.
For these companies, 59.6% of respondents answered’Which recruitment do you think is more necessary among new and experienced employees?’ He replied that hiring new and used secondhanders is efficient.
The position that new recruits are needed was the highest at 76.5% of large companies, followed by 66.9% of mid-sized companies and 53.2% of small and medium-sized companies. Companies that saw career recruitment as more efficient were △23.5% of large companies, while △33.1% of mid-sized companies and △46.8% of small and medium-sized companies showed a difference.
Three out of the five participating companies said they would maintain the stance of new recruits, while the other two expressed the opinion that new recruits are not necessary.
First of all, companies who answered that new recruits are necessary cited the biggest reason for preoccupying competent human resources through bonds (28.6%). Following △Opinion from management (23.7%) and △There are business areas that require large-scale recruitment for reasons such as business expansion (23.5%), and △To establish a hierarchy within the organization (14.3%) △Maintain a rider culture (8.2%), etc. This was mentioned as a reason for hiring new recruits.
On the contrary, in the case of companies that welcome more experienced and second-hand jobs, the biggest reason is that they need human resources (65.6%) to be put into practice. In fact, following the Hyundai Motor Group and the LG Group, SK Group recently announced that it will abolish the regular hiring of new college graduates starting next year and switch to all of them at any time. Mi-young Seo, Inc.’s CEO, explained, “There were a lot of companies that wanted to continue recruiting new recruits based on public loans, but this reflects the different hiring methods of companies in that their career preferences are expanding due to the rapidly changing business environment.”
This survey period is from December 7th to 21st last year, with a 95% confidence level and a sample error of ±3.69%.
