A woman who claimed that she had been sexually assaulted by actor Cho Jae-hyun in the past and filed a lawsuit for compensation for damages of one hundred million won against Cho Jae-hyun and lost in the first trial gave up the appeal.
According to the law and news 1 on the 26th, Mr. A said that after the 17th Division of the Seoul Central District Court’s Civil Agreement (deputy judge Lee Sang-ju) ruled against the plaintiff in a claim for damages of 300 million won by Mr. A against Jae-hyun Cho. No interstate appeal was filed. The decision of the first trial was confirmed after the appeal deadline.
In July 2018, Mr. A filed a lawsuit claiming that he was sexually assaulted by Cho Jae-hyun in 2004 when he was 17 years old, claiming damages of 300 million won.
