A police officer who investigates the mass abuse of 10 children at daycare centers, including children with disabilities, is planning a summons investigation.

Since last weekend, we have also been summoning childcare teachers, and we plan to complete the investigation within this week and decide whether or not to be arrested.

They are seen throwing things hard, hitting their head with a diaper, and throwing them down on a blanket.

These are some of the 100 gigabytes of CCTV that contain the situation that the childcare teachers at Incheon national and public daycare centers abused 10 people, including children with disabilities.

Parents are saying that there are so many videos that the director might not have known.

The police began calling childcare teachers to investigate from last weekend.

Teachers are said to reflect on their harsh treatment of children, but they are said to have denied the allegations that they did not intend to abuse their behavior.

Along with this, the police also accused the director of violating the Child Welfare Act.

It is a policy to summon the teachers after completing the investigation within this week, but we plan to intensively investigate why we did not supervise properly even though we know the abuse situation.

Previously, the police sent a video to a specialized child protection agency for further analysis in order to accurately identify the ambiguous part of the abuse.

The plan is to decide whether or not to apply for an arrest warrant for teachers and directors based on the opinion of a specialized institution.
