Actor Lee Ji-won, who released an irreplaceable charm through’wonderful rumors’, gave his impressions of the end.
Lee Ji-won is playing an active part as Lim Joo-yeon, who shows off his deep side and sometimes cute, with one sense of duty to protect the rumors (Byeong-gyu Cho) in the original’Wonderful Rumors’ of OCN Saturday, which is about to end on the 24th.
The synchro-yul, which surpassed the original webtoon, and the charm that bouncing like cider shined as the episodes were repeated, taking responsibility for the viewers’ weekend nights.
In particular, the chemistry and relationship of the Friendship Three with Woong-min (Kim Eun-su), including rumors, led to the happiness index of viewers and played a part in the popularity of the drama. -How do you feel after the drama’Amazing Rumors’?
As always, it is sad and sad. The fact that I have to let go of an attractive character named Lim Joo-yeon now, and I can meet someday with fellow actors and staff who have been close to the scene, but there are people who do not, so I feel regretful every time the work ends. And, I think, “Oh, it’s over! Let’s relax and take a rest.”
-It was popular throughout the broadcast for its natural acting ability as if flowing and the charm that popped like cider. What are some things you have prepared to play the character Joo-yeon Lim?
I wasn’t new to Lim Joo-yeon because I was a student. However, if I can see my usual appearance, I will have a different appearance from Lim Joo-yeon, so I tried to act as close to the original as the director wanted. There was nothing specially prepared for the character, and I acted while controlling my mind so that I could fall in love with Lim Joo-yeon, who had been decided before shooting.
-Actor Lee Ji-won was also Lim Joo-yeon himself, even behind the scenes with realistic acting skills. How much was the synchro rate with the character you think?
Lim Joo-yeon, shown in’Amazing Rumors’, was close to the original, but a little different from Lee Ji-won. Lee Ji-won feels quieter, more exemplary, and a girlish girl. No matter how much they are friends, they rarely use profanity or use headlocks to express their emotions radically. The synchro rate between Lee Ji-won and Lim Ju-yeon seems to be about 60%.
-What was the most memorable scene or dialogue while filming?
In Episode 3, I saw a rumored person with an uncomfortable leg walking. So, there is a scene asking what happened with Woongmin on the rooftop of the school. After seeing that the rumors walked there again, I cried in joy, but it was really upset. I heard that there were many people who cried after watching the scene to see if their sincerity was conveyed to the viewers. And I remember that you liked this line a lot as well.
-Particularly, the rumors in the play and Woongmin’s friendship chemistry for three were the topic of the Jangan. Did you have a fun episode with the cast on the scene?
In the first library, a rumor was right for the Iljin people, but there was a scene where the teacher yelled, “What’s wrong?” At that time, Joo-yeon has to say “Teacher’s kids are hitting” the line, but because Cho Byeong-gyu’s brother, the rumor station, is not caught by the camera, he is doing a kung fu movement while yelling, “Don’t do it!” behind the bookshelf. The movement was so funny that I couldn’t speak, but I remember taking it safely. If you look at that scene again, Joo-yeon cried and screamed when she spoke, but it was so funny.
-The rumors and the sense of mission to share and keep everything from the age of 5 left a strong impression on viewers. What kind of character was Lim Joo-yeon seen by actor Lee Ji-won?
It’s really’chinchin’ to rumors. It was really good to do my best for my friends. In reality, I think there should be one such good friend. Of course, I think I can make such a friend if I try to become a good friend. It turns out that the rumors are good, so it seems that I made good friends like Joo-yeon and Woong-min. That’s a wonderful rumor.
-Lim Joo-yeon, who says that he must report to a friend who is being abused at school, is a pretty righteous character. What was the most righteous moment in your life?
Because of the influence of my parents, I always try to live properly if possible. It doesn’t seem like a big deal, but I think I’m practicing these things well, such as’quickly chew your mouth and eat’,’cross the street over green light’, and’listen to your teacher’. Also, if I have difficult friends, I will try to help even a little. I’ve never done anything just because I’ve been caught up in a big incident, but I think it’s just enough to behave nicely and according to principles.
-What kind of work do you think will be remembered by Lee Ji-won of the’wonderful rumors’ that recorded the previous OCN ratings? And what if you say your last greeting to Lim Joo-yeon?
I am grateful and happy that the work I appeared in received a lot of attention and love. That’s why I’m really grateful for this’wonderful rumor’. It was an honor to be able to participate in the work created by the efforts of the actors and staff, and I will always keep it as a happy and rewarding memory.
