The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced on the 21st that some amendments to the’Rules on Housing Supply’ were legislated. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport decided to restrict the collective selection of additional optional items for all houses supplied by business entities through this amendment.
Currently, the collective selection of balconies and other optional items is limited only to houses under the pre-sale price limit, but the revised rule is characterized by expanding this to all houses. In the future, construction companies cannot categorize and present options for each individual item, and have the polls select more than one item at once. In order to increase the effectiveness, local governments check whether to individually present additional optional items when approving for tenant recruitment. In the meantime, even in the Chungcheong area, as apartment subscription crazes, various types of products have been integrated into the balcony expansion and presented as options.

In the meantime, unranked quantities, such as cancellation of sales contracts, have allowed adults to apply regardless of home ownership. To solve this problem, the eligibility for applying for unranked quantities was changed from’adults (no area restrictions)’ to’adults who are members of homeless households in the relevant housing construction area (si/gun). Re-winning is restricted in the same way as general subscriptions when unranked quantities are supplied from regulated areas such as overheated dumping districts or areas subject to adjustment. Currently, districts that are overheated with speculation cannot be re-winned for 10 years and areas subject to adjustment for 7 years. In addition, the qualification requirements for special supply of innovative cities will be strengthened. In order to establish a supply order centered on end-users, it excluded holders of two or more houses from the special supply of apartments for innovative cities. Currently, it was applied only to the multifunctional administrative city (Sejong City), but the scope was expanded to the whole.
