Condemnation continued among some netizens. At one internet cafe, “I feel self-defeating because I woke up an hour earlier because of the turmoil on my way to work”, “I don’t think I have to sue at the Meteorological Agency”, “I canceled my appointment because of heavy snow. And so on.
On this day, it is expected that the snow in Seoul will blow or fall weakly in the morning and then stop.
However, the Meteorological Administration explained that during the day, the snow may fall again in Seoul and the intensity may increase due to the effect of the snow cloud coming down from the northwest near Ganghwa Island.
