The body of a newborn baby was found in a villa complex in Ilsan amid cold weather warnings.
He hadn’t even cut the umbilical cord, but the police urgently arrested his mother in her twenties.

Around 1:00 PM, a report was received here that there was a body of a newborn baby.

The child was found on an asphalt floor between villa buildings.
A newborn baby found naked here in subzero weather when a cold wave warning was issued had a frozen body and an umbilical cord attached.
The police searched for the suspect by interrogating CCTV in the villa complex, and within two hours, the mother, A, in her late twenties who lived in the villa, was urgently arrested on suspicion of infanticide.
