Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) supplies 15,000 units of private rental housing.
Chartered public rental housing is characterized by lowering the monthly rent burden by raising the share of the deposit to 80% of the rent. It is a type of public rental housing similar to that of jeonse, and the rent is 80% of the market price.
On the 17th, LH announced on the 17th that it will start the subscription for 14,843 private rental housing units through the subscription website and on-site application.
The scale of supply by geothermal heat is 5007 households in the metropolitan area and 9836 households in the region. Construction rental and purchase rental are carried out in two ways.
Construction rental chartered houses with total volume of apartments supply 12,337 households, including 3949 households in the metropolitan area and 8388 households in the local area. Purchased-lease-type housing consisting of apartments and multi-family and multi-family housing is supplied with 2506 households, including 1058 households in the metropolitan area and 1448 households in the local area.
Jeonse-type housing can be applied to members of homeless households regardless of income or assets by easing their residency qualifications. Depending on the level of income, the first priority is for livelihood/medical recipients, the second priority is 50% or less income (70% or less for the disabled), the third priority is 100% or less income, and the fourth is more than 100% income.
In terms of rental conditions, ranks 1 to 3 are 70-75% or less of the market price, and rank 4 is 80% or less of the market price. 80% of the basic rental conditions can be paid as a rental deposit, and the remaining 20% as monthly rent.
You can lower your deposit and increase your rent. If the deposit is lowered by 10 million won, the monthly rental fee is 2833 won more.
The rental period can be lived for up to 4 years if you maintain your homeless status. If there is no prospective tenant, you can live for an additional two years.
The announcement of the winners of the purchase rental charter type housing is February 18th. If you sign a contract after February 26th, you can move in immediately.
The announcement of the winners of the other rankings is on March 5. After the contract, you can move in immediately after paying the balance.
