Sex between two men on the Hong Kong train… Start a police investigation

The South China Morning Post (SCMP) of Hong Kong reported on the 16th (local time) that a video clip of two men having sex in the Hong Kong subway was spread on the Internet, and the local police initiated an investigation.

According to SCMP, a 45-second video of two men having sex in an empty carriage on social network service (SNS) spread, and the Hong Kong police launched an investigation.

When the video was released, Hong Kong netizens resentful, and the video was immediately deleted.

The Hong Kong Subway Corporation (MTR) said, “We have reported this incident to the police and will support the investigation.”

According to Hong Kong law, if you are convicted of “damaging public dignity,” you can face up to seven years in prison.

Meanwhile, this is not the first time sexual relations in Hong Kong public places. In 2015, two college students were caught by a security guard while having sex at a bus stop in Hong Kong’s Homantine area around 4 am. They were convicted of damaging public dignity and were sentenced to 60 hours of volunteer work and one year of probation.
