The government’s selection of the first candidate for public redevelopment in the Seoul area is the first step toward expanding the supply of housing in the city center.

However, there are a number of challenges to overcome, such as concerns about delays in business due to residents’ conflict and blocking demand for speculation that follows during the development process.
