A karaoke room that opens on the 18th, if it is an 8㎡ standard, who will come

As the quarantine measures for the novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19) were partially eased from the 18th, major changes will occur in cafes, gyms, and religious facilities.

On the 16th, the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasure Headquarters announced a new quarantine measure containing these details.

This quarantine measure is applied from the 18th to the 31st.

According to the new quarantine measures, cafes are allowed to eat in the store until 9 pm, and if two or more people order coffee, beverages, desserts, etc., it is recommended to stay within an hour.

When you are not eating, you should wear a mask. Violation of this will result in a penalty of not more than 100,000 won.

For religious facilities, only regular worship services, court meetings, and masses are allowed. Only 10% of the seats in the metropolitan area and 20% of the non-metropolitan area can be face-to-face. However, you cannot continue to eat small groups such as revival meetings and Bible studies.

In prayer centers and training centers, quarantine measures, such as limiting the number of people, prohibiting lodging and eating, and prohibiting private prayer, are mandatory.

Indoor sports facilities such as gyms and billiards, and multi-use facilities such as karaoke rooms, door-to-door sales, academies, and indoor standing performance halls will also resume operation.

In principle, these facilities are limited to 1 person per 8㎡ (2.4 pyeong), and the high-risk door-to-door sales business is subject to the standard of 1 person per 16㎡ (about 4.8 pyeong).

However, among indoor sports facilities, intense group sports such as Zumba, Taebo, Spinning and Aerobics are still not possible. The use of shower rooms, except for swimming, is still banned.

Karaoke rooms can also be reused 30 minutes after disinfection in guest rooms. In the case of facilities where it is difficult to meet the number of users per 8㎡, only one person per room can be used.

The academy allows only one-to-one lessons in a single space for singing and wind instrument lessons, but up to four people can do it if a partition is installed.

In principle, the operation of accommodation facilities by the academy is prohibited.

In addition, the ban on grouping of auxiliary facilities such as restaurants and cafes in outdoor winter sports facilities such as ski resorts nationwide will also be lifted.

However, measures to stop the shuttle bus operation continue.

Measures to minimize travel and parties will also be extended.

For hotels, resorts, and guesthouses nationwide, reservations are limited to two-thirds of the number of rooms.

Group bans on party rooms used as venues for individual gatherings and parties, such as birthday parties and club gatherings, are also maintained, and parties hosted by individuals within the lodging facility are prohibited. Events and parties such as guest house parties organized by accommodation facilities are also prohibited.
