ABC Broadcasting and Bloomberg News reported on the 15th (local time) that 23 people were vaccinated against the novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19) in Norway.

According to these media, Norwegian health officials announced that 23 vaccine-related deaths have been reported to date on the 14th, warning that it could be dangerous to very elderly and terminally ill patients.

Authorities are investigating the exact cause of death. The deaths are reported to have died shortly after receiving the Corona 19 vaccine from Pfizer, a US pharmaceutical company. He said that most of these people were aged 80 or older who were admitted to nursing homes. “Slight side effects of vaccination can lead to fatal consequences for the vulnerable,” he said. “We recommend refraining from vaccination for elderly and terminally ill patients because the vaccine may be too dangerous.”

According to the Associated Press, 29 people who received Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine by the Norwegian Medicines Agency suffered side effects. In particular, 13 out of 23 people who died were subjected to autopsies, and the results show that the cause of death is a common side effect following vaccination, according to Norwegian health authorities. Common symptoms after vaccination are known as temporary arm pain, fatigue, headache, and fever.

“The side effects of the vaccine were fever and nausea, and this side effect may have led to the death of some patients with old age,” the Norwegian Medicines Agency explained. However, it was not recommended to refrain from vaccination for healthy and young age groups.

In an e-mail statement, Pfizer said it was cooperating with the Norwegian authorities to investigate the cause of death, “the number of incidents is not alarming at this time and is somewhat expected.”

Earlier in France, a nursing home resident died two hours after vaccination on the 14th. At this time, there was no association with vaccination, French health authorities said.
