FC Seoul, who is struggling to make up for the sluggish last season, is gaining weight in the squad. Following the recruitment of national striker Na Sang-ho from Seongnam FC, he has a proven foreign midfielder Palosevich.
FC Seoul announced on the 16th that they have agreed to transfer with Portugal CD Nacional, the original team of Palosevich. Palosevich has now entered Korea and is in self-containment.
The Seoul side added, “Currently, only detailed contract agreements with Palosevich are left, and we will officially announce the contract as soon as it is finalized.”
Palosevich entered the K-League for the first time in the summer of 2019 with Pohang on loan.
Palosevich, who played a decent performance in 16 games that year, with 5 goals and 4 assists, showed a solid presence by writing 14 goals and 6 assists in 22 games in the 2020 season. Scores, assists and attack points (20) were all fourth in the league.
In the aftermath of the novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19), transfusion of new foreign players became difficult, and the proven foreign resource Palosevich received love calls from multiple K-League clubs, and FC Seoul became the winner.
Seoul, which ranked 9th in the regular league in the midst of last year’s league minimum score (23 goals in 27 matches), brought in Na Sang-ho and even Palosevich, allowing the weight of the attacking team to be greatly increased.
