Chul-Soo Ahn “Supplying 740,000 houses”·Na Kyung-won “Abolished the ceiling on pre-sale prices”
Representative Ahn held a press conference this afternoon and announced his real estate pledge. CEO Ahn said he would supply a total of 746,000 houses over the next five years. It is planned to construct 100,000 youth rental houses, and 50,000’Youth Metro Housings’ in a residential-commercial complex in the upper space where iron and train are underground. It also promised to supply 400,000 units for the 3040 and 5060 generations. Representative Ahn said, “We will provide 400,000 houses in total, through station area, semi-industrial area development, and idle sites, so that 3040 and 5060 households do not worry about their homes, so we will first supply them.”
He added that the redevelopment and reconstruction projects will be expanded to increase the supply of housing, and loan restrictions such as the LTV ratio will be eased for homeless people for a certain period or longer, even in regulated areas.
On the same day, former lawmaker Na visited an apartment complex for reconstruction in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, and told about the grievances of residents. Former lawmaker Na explained that Geumcheon-gu was a district where redevelopment and reconstruction had never been done during the days of former Mayor Park Won-soon. He insisted, “When the mayor of Seoul becomes the mayor, various regulations related to redevelopment and reconstruction will be eased,” he said. “In addition, various deliberation processes will be one-stop for rapid reconstruction.” Next, taking the upper limit on pre-sale prices as an example, “The voice of the abolition of the pre-sale price ceiling system is high due to the gap from reality. He also said, “We will abolish the pre-sale price cap and thoroughly collect development profits to promote redevelopment and reconstruction.”

Neurological warfare over unification of candidates… “An, political engineering” vs. “Criticism is not me, but the Wen regime”
The two men who have entered a full-fledged election race are engaged in a nervous war over the issue of unification every day.
In the morning of this day, former lawmaker appeared on KBS’Kim Kyung-rae’s Strongest Current Affairs’ and asked the moderator’s question about the idea of unifying opposition candidates, saying, “Stop speaking from the beginning to the end. I think it is too politically engineering to keep talking about unification. The day before, at the ceremony for declaring a run for office, President Ahn was cut down, saying, “He was the one who helped the current regime at every important political inflection point.” On the other hand, CEO Ahn refuted, “It is not me that the criticism should be directed to, but the ruthless and oppressive Moon Jae-in regime.” Eventually, Lee Tae-gyu, Secretary-General of the National Assembly Party, held a press conference in person and appealed to the entire opposition party to stop unfounded criticism of Ahn.
Experts analyze that the best unification method is for Ahn to be worthy of the people’s strength and to make candidates according to the people’s strength contest rules. Political Critic Park Sang-Byeong said, “The best thing is to unite the people’s power and the People’s Party. If that doesn’t work, the people’s power will go to the so-called three-way structure (Na Gyeong-won, Ahn Chul-soo, Oh Se-hoon), and the party makes candidates. “The key is that the power of the people internally discovers a large number of novel people to make candidates for the mayor, and that is the role of the political party,” he advised.
