British media “Tottenham and Kim Min-jae are worried about recruiting…competition with Chelsea”

Tottenham of the English Premier League is considering once again to sign Kim Min-jae (25, Beijing Guoan).

The British daily Mirror reported on the 14th (Korean time) that “Tottenham are considering whether to recruit Korea’s national team defender Kim Min-jae through the winter transfer market.”

Tottenham showed interest in recruiting Kim Min-jae during the transfer period last summer. At the time, the British local media said, “The name of Kim Min-jae is on Tottenham’s recruitment list.”

However, contrary to Beijing Guoan, Kim Min-jae’s entry into Europe has failed. Kim Min-jae was in charge of defending Beijing while remaining on the Chinese stage and performing at the top of the league last year.

Mirror said, “Tottenham, who showed interest in Kim Min-jae last summer, once again put Kim Min-jae on the recruitment list.”

The contract period between Kim Min-jae and Beijing is until December 31 this year, and for Beijing, this is the last opportunity for the transfer market to receive Kim Min-jae’s transfer fee. Kim Min-jae did not hide his hopes for entering Europe several times, saying, “I want to play in Europe when I have the opportunity.”
