Small business owners who have received the text can apply from the homepage of the support fund (Support Fund.kr) from 8 am on the same day without any additional documents. You only need to enter your business number, and you only need to enter additional information such as personal authentication and deposit account number through mobile phone or joint certificate. If you apply in the morning, you can get paid in the afternoon of the day as early as the day, and in the morning of the next day if you apply by midnight.

Among the 2.76 million people eligible for the first expedited payment, 116,000 people were prohibited from collective, 762,000 people were restricted from business, and 1.881,000 people were in general. Among the companies that are prohibited from gathering and restricted business, there are 630,000 restaurants and cafes, 80,000 for barber and beauty salons, 75,000 for academies and classrooms, and 45,000 for indoor sports facilities.

According to the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, about 260,000 people are eligible for the support fund than last year’s 2.5 million people for the new hope fund. While the collective ban and business restrictions were expanded nationwide, more than 70,000 people opened since June last year were also included.

After November 24 last year, small business owners who have been banned from collective or business restrictions due to strengthened quarantine measures by the government and local governments will receive 3 million won and 2 million won, respectively. Companies that violate the collective ban or business restrictions are not eligible for payment, and even if they are paid, they will be refunded if the violation is confirmed. Small business owners whose sales were less than 400 million won last year and decreased from 2019 sales could receive 1 million won.

Outdoor winter sports facilities, such as ski resorts, and facilities subject to special quarantine during the year-end and New Year holidays, such as accommodation facilities, and small business owners who are newly opened last year (between January and November) will be paid after January 25. . Detailed plans related to this will be announced by January 22nd.

Businesses other than small business policy financing such as speculative business, real estate leasing, and professional occupations cannot receive support funds. Businesses that have not registered as a business are also excluded.

In addition, other disaster support programs such as emergency employment security support for special type workers and freelancers, livelihood support for visiting and caring service workers, income stabilization fund for corporate taxi drivers, etc. are excluded in the new year.
