President Trump, who instigated extreme political division throughout his tenure and disapproved of the results of the presidential election, eventually pushed himself to the end of the disgrace of being deprived of office or impeachment in the Capitol riots caused by fierce supporters.
On the 7th (local time), Senate Democratic Party leader Chuck Schumer said in a statement, “Trump should not be in office for another day,” and demanded that the 25th Amendment be invoked immediately. Seventeen Democratic House congressmen sent a letter to Vice President Mike Pence demanding the initiation of Article 25. Rep. President Trump suddenly became a’mild sheep’. President Trump, who received a temporary suspension of accounts on Twitter the previous day, posted a video after the account opened that afternoon, promising a peaceful transfer of power. In particular, he admitted his defeat, saying that a new government will be launched on the 20th.
