The lowest temperature in the morning in Seoul on the 8th fell to -18.6 degrees Celsius, making it the coldest day in the 2000s. According to the observation record of the Meteorological Administration, the lowest temperature in the morning in Seoul was 18.6 degrees below zero at 8:2 am on the day. This is the lowest temperature in the 2000s on January 15, 2001, equal to -18.6 degrees Celsius. It is 2.1 degrees lower than the previous day’s minus 16.5 degrees. Daejeon and Gwangju also recorded the coldest days in 20 years.
