This is the highest number since we started applying for CES participation in 2016, four years ago. Since last year, Samsung Electronics has been supporting startups fostered by’C Lab Outside’ to participate in CES.
In particular, in this exhibition, not only 11 startups that Samsung Electronics fostered at the’Samsung Electronics Seoul R&D Campus’, but also 6 startups that were fostered together with the’Daegu-Gyeongbuk Creative Economy Innovation Center’ will participate in CES for the first time.
Startups supported through’C Lab Outside’ will participate in world-class electronic exhibitions to establish a foothold in the global market and have the opportunity to receive feedback on products and services from consumers around the world.
Startups can meet with visitors in real time through the CES website, and can continue to exhibit and meet on the website for a month after the exhibition is over.
◇’C Lab Inside’ is the first to reveal 4 tasks reflecting the recent lifestyle
The first four C Lab Inside Tasks to be unveiled this time are to be used in future development by examining marketability and consumer reactions by introducing customized products and services that reflect the recent lifestyle.

‘C Lab Inside’ is an in-house venture cultivation program introduced in 2012 by Samsung Electronics to spread a creative organizational culture and discover creative ideas of employees, and has been participating six times in a row, starting with the first CES participation in 2016.
