CNN reported on the 2nd (local time), “Despite the French government’s nighttime curfew, it was revealed that more than 2,500 residents attended an illegal party held in a rural village in Brittany.” It is said that the party that started on the 31st of last month was only dissolved in the morning of the 2nd.
French Interior Minister Gerald Dharmanin said on Twitter that “about 1,200 people involved in the frenzy party were fined this morning.” “A truck, sound system, generator, etc. were found at the party site, and the police are conducting further investigation,” he said. Of the 1,200 people who were fined on that day, 800 were charged with violating the corona 19 sanctions, and the remaining 400 were drug crime-related. Local foreign media reported that when the police struck the party site, the attendees set fire to the patrol car, resulting in a conflict.
