According to the monthly KB housing price trend statistics on the 3rd, the average sale price of apartments in Seoul last month reached 40.4 million won, exceeding 40 million won for the first time.

Compared to December 2019 (34.05 million won), it increased 20.3% in one year.

Of the 25 districts in Seoul, 14 districts in the Gangbuk region (25.2%) had a higher rate of increase than 11 districts in the Gangnam region (17.4%).

The average sale price of apartments in 14 districts in the Gangbuk region first exceeded 800 million won in November of last year (83.6 million won), followed by 810 million won in December (816.6 million won).

Last year, Nowon-gu (33.0%) showed the highest distinction, followed by Seongbuk-gu (32.5%), Gangbuk-gu (31.4%), Dobong-gu (28.4%), Guro-gu (27.0%), Eunpyeong-gu (26.2%), and Jungnang-gu (25.5%). Followed.

On the other hand, the 3 districts in the Gangnam area, such as Gangnam-gu (13.6%), Seocho-gu (11.0%), and Songpa-gu (16.9%), had an increase rate lower than the overall average (20.3%).

However, in terms of the amount, the gap in average apartment sales prices in the Gangnam and Gangbuk regions widened.

As of December each year, the gap in average apartment prices in the Gangbuk and Gangnam areas widened to 3,1579 million won in 2017, 39382 million won in 2018, 4165 million won in 2019, and 425.38 million won last year.
