Neon’s artificial human’Neon’

[파이낸셜뉴스] ‘Neon’, which showed digital humans at the International Home Appliances Exhibition (CES) in early 2020, is planning to show an upgraded avatar actor at CES this year.

This avatar actor, named directly by the Neon side, attracted attention at the last CES as’Artificial Human’. The human figure created by computer graphics (CG) moves perfectly like a person on the screen, and can communicate with users using artificial intelligence (AI). It seems to be able to act as a friend with people, or as a health or yoga instructor, an artificial intelligence doctor, or a remote salesperson. Neon is a startup under Samsung Research America (SRA), an American research organization of Samsung Electronics.
