[서울신문] ’30 Years of Debut’ Yoo Jae-seok wins the 15th Grand Prize

Comedian Yoo Jae-seok, celebrating the 30th anniversary of his debut, raised the 15th terrestrial entertainment award trophy.

Yoo Jae-seok was awarded the grand prize at the ‘2020 MBC Broadcasting Entertainment Awards’ held at the MBC Open Hall in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul on the night of the 29th, beating Narae Park, Seongju Kim, Youngja Lee, Gura Kim, and Hyunmoo Jeon.

He received the first grand prize from KBS in 2005 and has been awarded a total of seven times since 2006 at MBC and six times since 2008 at SBS.

Yoo Jae-seok said, “I didn’t know that I would receive the target again after’Infinite Challenge’. I never thought of’I have confidence’ when I programmed, but I think that I will take responsibility for any outcome. “What do you do when you play?” he said.

“There is no comedy program in MBC, but I think of comedian colleagues a lot. I hope there is only one stage where my juniors can dream,” he asked the broadcaster.

After the end of’Infinite Challenge’, Yoo Jae-seok, who returned with PD Kim Tae-ho and’What do you do when you play?’, has led the trend by showing various’sub characters’ since last year. Last year, he received the Rookie Award at the MBC Entertainment Awards as a rookie trot singer Yooseongslow, and this year, he succeeded in the summer mixed group Sakthree and Girl Group Refund Expedition projects.

Lee Hyo-ri, who played an active part in both groups, was also named the top female prize in the music & talk category. In order to prevent the spread of Corona 19, he expressed his feelings in Jeju through a video, and he wore a dress made of futons to attract attention. He thanked his colleagues, saying, “It was a fun and happy time, but I was happy to receive the award.”
