500,000 won subsidy for caring service workers and corporate taxis

The government pays 500,000 to 3 million won in cash to 2.8 million small businessmen and 870,000 underprivileged people, including special type workers (special high school), who were hit by the re-proliferation of Corona 19.

A total of 2.8 million small business owners are paid 1 million won in common, and 2 million won and 1 million won, respectively, for group prohibition and group restriction businesses, respectively, in the name of supporting fixed cost reduction such as rent.
A total of 11 businesses that are prohibited from collectively receiving 3 million won include indoor sports facilities such as academies and gyms, karaoke rooms, standing performance halls, ski resorts and sledding centers, direct sales promotion halls, and entertainment establishments (entertainment bars, Danran bars, Gamseong bars, Hunting Pocha, and Collate). ◇ 70% tax credit for good landlords, postponement of electricity, gas, and insurance premiums
The tax deduction rate for’good landlords’ who voluntarily lower rents will increase from 50% to 70%.
If a lessor who satisfies the conditions for the total income amount of 100 million won or less reduces the rent, 70% of the reduction is deducted from income and corporate tax.
For small business owners, the payment deadline for electricity and gas bills for January to March next year is deferred for three months, and installment payments are allowed until September next year.
From January to March next year, small businesses with less than 30 employees will receive a three-month postponement of employment insurance premiums and industrial accident insurance premiums upon application.
One-person self-employed, special high-level workplaces are entitled to a three-month delay in paying only the industrial accident insurance premium.
Local subscribers and workplace subscribers with reduced incomes are exempted from paying insurance premiums for three months.
◇ Up to 1 million won for special high school and freelancers… 500,000 won for caring workers
As the COVID-19 outbreak prolonged, an additional emergency employment security subsidy of up to 1 million won will be provided to special advisors and freelancers such as caddy, study guide instructor, and truck driver whose income has decreased.
An additional 500,000 won will be given to 650,000 people who received the first and second emergency employment stabilization subsidies, and 1 million won will be given to 50,000 new applicants after examination.
The government plans to spend 400 billion won in grants of 500,000 to 1 million won to 700,000 people in total.
A living support fund of 500,000 won is provided to 90,000 employees in visiting and caring services.
In consideration of the equity with private taxi drivers who receive support funding from small business owners, an income stabilization fund of 500,000 won will be paid to 80,000 corporate taxi drivers whose income has decreased due to a decrease in passengers.
A total of 90 billion won will be invested to provide livelihood support for visiting and caring service workers and income stabilization fund for corporate taxi drivers.
