700,000 confirmed cases occurred in December only in the UK, 30% of all confirmed cases

In the UK, where the corona 19 mutant virus is rapidly spreading, about 680,000 confirmed cases have occurred by the 28th of this month. In less than a month, 30% of the cumulative confirmed cases (about 2.33 million) for one year after the Corona 19 landing on January 31st came out.

According to World Omometer, the cumulative number of confirmed cases in the UK as of the 28th was 2.29,730, which is one out of 29 in the UK. The number of confirmed cases per day exceeds 30,000 to 40,000. On the 28th, it reached a record high of 41,385.

It exceeded April 10 (7860 people) at the time of the first epidemic, as well as more than November 12 (33,470 people), when the mutant virus began to spread in earnest.

The reason why the number of confirmed cases in the UK is exploding is because mutant viruses, which are up to 70% more contagious than existing viruses, are spreading.

In fact, about 25% of the confirmed cases in London last month were found to be infected with the mutant virus. After mid-month, more than 60% of the new confirmed cases were infected with the mutant virus, the BBC said.
