According to the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office, General Yoon went to work at about 2:30 pm on the same day and received a report from the departments and departments of the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office from Deputy Chief of Prosecutors Cho Nam-gwan. The report on the day also included the investigation of major cases underway at the front-line prosecutors’ office.

It is also known that investigations have been reported on suspicion of manipulation of the economic feasibility evaluation of the Wolseong nuclear power plant, suspicion of intervention in the Ulsan mayoral election, and the case of Optimus and Lime Asset Management. It was reported that during the period of suspension, General Yoon received reports on the progress of the investigation, and did not conduct specific investigations.

Yoon also forwarded a request for preparation for the revised Criminal Procedure Act, which will take effect next year, to the front-line prosecutors’ office. First of all, he ordered to minimize the inconvenience of the public in accordance with the enforcement of the revised law by operating the criminal justice information system smoothly and providing work manuals for practitioners.
