In response, Baemin officially apologized and said that he would compensate the restaurant owner, customers, and riders. An official from the elegant brothers said, “The order for Baemin Riders and B Mart had been disabled for 4 hours from 6:38 pm on the 24th.” . Eventually, the elegant brothers decided to pay 60,000 won to riders and connectors who received more than one dispatch between 17:00 and 21:00 the previous day. The head office also decided to pay insurance premiums incurred during off-hours.
It also compensates the store owners in Bae-min who missed the passage on Christmas Eve. After receiving the order, the customer decided to ask for the full price of the food for canceling the order.
