On the 24th, the power of the people decided to replace 24 outside party council chairs, including former lawmaker Min Kyung-wook (Incheon Yeonsu-eul). Former Green Social Democratic Party representative Jang Ki-pyo (Kim Hae-eul) and former lawmaker Gang Seok-jin (Sancheong Hamyang Geochang Hapcheon), who initially recommended replacement by the Party Audit Committee, were not eligible for replacement. It means that all the chairpersons of Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam (PK) have survived.

Spokesman Bae Joon-young announced the list of out-of-home party council chairpersons to be replaced at a briefing that afternoon. Along with former lawmaker Min, lawyer Kim So-yeon (Daejeon Yooseong), who was controversial with the banner of’Moonlight Youngchang’, was included. Rep. Min immediately rebelled on Facebook, saying, “I returned home because I was going to listen to my explanation. Do you stick a knife in the back like this?”, and lawyer Kim said, “The vessel called’Chairman of the Party’ is too small for me. From today, I will start the party movement.”
