According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport on the 25th, last month’s housing transaction volume was 116,758 cases, up 25.9% from October (92,769 cases). Compared to the five-year average (86,613 cases), this is a 34.8% increase. As of January-November this year, it is a record high of 1139,000 cases.
The nationwide home sales volume recorded a year-long high of 14,419 cases in July, and then declined to 85,272 cases in August and 81,928 cases in September, but rebounded to 92,769 cases in October.
The rise in November appears to have overheated in the relatively less regulated local real estate market. In the metropolitan area, 41,117 cases were given by 1.8% compared to the previous year, whereas in the provinces, the transaction volume increased by 48.7% in the same period to 7,5641.
