American broadcaster Oprah Winfrey said on the 8th (local time) that the royal figures who talked about racist stories about the skin color of the sons of Prince Harry’s couple were not the queens.

According to the BBC that day, Winfrey told CBS that “Prince Harry didn’t tell us who said that,” and “I wanted to make it clear that it wasn’t the Queen’s couple and let them know when the opportunity came.” He added, “Even while recording or when the camera was turned off, I tried to find out the speaker, but I couldn’t hear the answer.”

Earlier, in an exclusive interview with CBS in the United States, Prince Harry claimed that “when our son was born, there were concerns and conversations about how dark skin color would be in the royal family,” and “they didn’t want to make him a prince.”

Prince Harry and his wife have been a hot topic since their marriage on May 19, 2018. Prince Harry is the grandson of Queen Elizabeth II and the second son of Prince Charles, and is the sixth in succession to the British throne. Wang Son Bin Meghan Markle is a Hollywood actress who was born to a white father and a black mother, and has a divorce experience. Considering the conservative British royal atmosphere, this is an unusual marriage.

In a new video released by CBS that day, Prince Harry was asked whether he left England because of racism, and replied, “A lot of it is.” In particular, the couple complained about the British media. In fact, they are pending several lawsuits with the British public. They argued, “(The royal family) has a media team that defends when it’s not true, but it didn’t work for us.”
