Neowiz (CEO Moon Ji-soo) announced on the 11th that the 2D action game’Skul: The Hero Slayer’ developed by South 4 Games (CEO Sang-woo Park) has updated new items and systems.
The 38 newly added items increase the character’s physical and magical damage, and a special buff effect is applied when dealing with bosses and certain monsters.
In addition, if certain conditions are satisfied, the effect of the item is maximized, allowing a more strategic battle experience, the company explained.
Some of the new items can be obtained using Manastone after talking with a new NPC (Non Player Character) on the black market.

If you have a combination of specific items, the effect increases according to the type of attack inflicted on the enemy, inflicting powerful damage. Depending on the surrounding environment, special interactive effects such as generating a shock wave are added, and users can grow the skull in a variety of ways and actions.
Skull was officially released on Steam in January and sold 100,000 copies in 5 days and 200,000 copies in 10 days. The game will be released on various console devices such as Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in the first half of the year.
