The prosecution explained that those involved in the case tried to prepare 100 million won in cash.

Mr. A’s lawyer, who heard the charges, said, “It is necessary to coordinate opinions with the defendant.”
Inspector B’s lawyer said, “The defendant is making a statement with the intention of denying the allegations.”
The court decided to continue the trial to investigate the evidence and confirm whether Mr. A’s allegations were admitted.
The next trial will take place on April 8.
They were arrested on charges of meeting the respondents and related persons in a specific case last October and accepting a bribe of 100 million won in the name of ignoring the case.
It was revealed that Mr. A received 1 million won from them on the condition of connecting with Inspector B for requesting and mediating the case in September of last year, a month ago.
On October 31 of last year, when it became difficult for Inspector B to receive 100 million won from the respondents, it is the prosecution’s judgment that he met other persons involved in the case at a restaurant and demanded 50 million won.
